Marquis Bath Remodeling came to our house to replace an outdated and broken toilet. The plumber Justin came promptly. He had spoken to us about our preference of the type of toilet and purchased it ahead of time. He worked quickly and efficiently. He kept his workspace clean and made sure to collect all garbage before he left. We are so thrilled with the new toilet in our finished basement! I will be using Marquis Bath Remodeling in the future for any bathroom/plumbing service calls we need and remodeling projects! We scheduled a shower installation quote with Marquis Bath this past April. They called to confirm the appointment, and Justin came out to take measurements. He was a nice guy and promised a quote later that day, then completely disappeared. No call, no email, no follow-up of any kind. It was a complete waste of our time.
